​Guided Walking Tours

• If the customer cancels at least 48 hours before the start of the tour, 100% of the participation fee will be refunded. 

• If the customer cancels between 48 and 0 hours before the start of the tour, no refund will be issued / 100% of the participation fee will be invoiced.

Services may be paid in advance or invoiced after delivery, depending on prior agreement.

 

Tours that require specific services – such as planning, administrative work, buses, bicycles, passenger vessels, equipment, meals, entrance fees, or interpretation – may be subject to additional terms and costs.

 

For customized tours or programs with special requirements, the time spent on planning and administration may also be invoiced. Simple, directly bookable guided walking tours are excluded from this.
 

All related administrative costs will be clearly communicated to the client at the time of booking. If costs arise or have already been incurred through third-party providers or during the organization process, these will be borne by the client and invoiced accordingly.
