Join our Metal Detecting Club! We meet 30.4.-28.5.2025 on Wednesdays at 15 hrs in the Ragvalds Museum . Each club lasts for 1,5 hours and we go out in the area close by and learn how to detect metal and what to do with the findings.

Join the MyHobby Metal Detecting Club!
From our soil, old objects and even treasures are occasionally found. In the club, you will learn the rules of metal detecting and get hands-on experience with metal detectors.
Who Can Join? All 5th and 6th grade school children from Kirkkonummi are welcome. The club is free for participants, and everyone will be insured by the club. The group size is a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 10 participants. We speak mainly Finnish, but Swedish, English, and German are also supported. Clear Finnish may also be used.
Where? Ragvalds museum (in Renkitupa) and in the surrounding area.
When and What? Wednesdays from April 30, 2025 to May 28, 2025, from 15 to 16:30. We meet at Renkitupa building in Ragvalds Museum area and move around the area around it. Small snacks, gloves, detectors, and shovels will be provided. Participants are welcome to…
